Association Environmental
Information Services
Comstock Park, Mich., August 25, 2005
-- Waste Information & Management Services, Inc. (WIMS) has
announced a fall 2005 promotion designed especially for
trade and professional associations dealing with
environmental issues. WIMS produces two daily electronic
environmental intelligence products to help busy
environmental managers, consultants and attorneys stay
current on regulatory developments and trends: (1) REGTrak
-- Federal Register tracking report; and (2) eNewsUSA --
Daily Environmental Briefing Report (or in Michigan, WIMS
Daily). Both of these services provide essential information
critical to an environmental managers day-to-day operations.
WIMS is interested in developing
long-term partnerships with state, regional and
national trade associations to provide high quality, low
cost environmental information to association members. To
introduce association managers and members to these
services, WIMS has announced that it will provide both
services at no charge to associations and members,
beginning now and extending through the end of 2005.
Jeff Dauphin, WIMS President said,
"Staying current on environmental developments is a key
component of any ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
and is essential for environmental consultants and attorneys
to serve their clients. This promotion is a wonderful
opportunity for associations to provide a critical
information service to its members. Because of the success
and popularity of these services with our existing
subscribers, we're convinced that association members will
find the services invaluable. When the promotion is over, we
stand ready to continue these services via two separate
options that associations and members will find
accommodating and extremely affordable."
